Return & Exchange Policy – Mitsu Parts Auto Spare Parts Store

At Mitsu Parts, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange policy below:

1. Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Returned items must be:
    • In original condition
    • Unused and uninstalled
    • In original packaging with all accessories and invoice included
  • Returns will not be accepted for items that:
    • Have been installed or used
    • Were specially ordered for the customer
    • Were damaged due to improper use or incorrect installation

2. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item if:
    • The wrong part was delivered
    • The item has a manufacturing defect
    • The product does not match the order specifications
  • Customers are advised to verify the part number and vehicle compatibility before installation.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • The store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.

4. Shipping & Refunds

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for standard returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

5. Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend confirming the VIN number or part number before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
  • Electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable once opened or installed.
