1. Return Policy
- Customers may request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Returned items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging with all accessories and invoice included
- Returns will not be accepted for items that:
- Have been installed or used
- Were specially ordered for the customer
- Were damaged due to improper use or incorrect installation
2. Exchange Policy
- Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item if:
- The wrong part was delivered
- The item has a manufacturing defect
- The product does not match the order specifications
- Customers are advised to verify the part number and vehicle compatibility before installation.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item arrives damaged or incorrect:
- The store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item.
4. Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees for standard returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
5. Important Notes
- We strongly recommend confirming the VIN number or part number before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
- Electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable once opened or installed.
